DR. ROSEMAN'S SUPER DUPER HEALTHY PANCAKE AND WAFFLE MIX
First you make the dry mixture and set it aside until you are ready to add it to the wet mixture. That could be the next day, in a week or in a year. The amount of dry mixture you prepare is dependent on whether you are just making it for one time or whether you plan to just keep it around and use it whenever you need it. Personally I always make the 16 cup flour dry mixture and put it in a plastic container. It can last pretty much forever but the longest I have ever kept it is about a year and it was fine.
